On January 26th, the seminar on the technical scheme of UHPC prefabricated beams for the Yellow River Extra Large Bridge of the Qingzhang Project of the Railway Engineering Company was successfully held. Feng Liangping, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of CCCC Highway Long Bridge Construction National Engineering Research Center Co., Ltd., Shao Xudong, Professor of Hunan University and Director of Bridge Engineering Research Institute, Zhang Jiandong, Deputy Chief Engineer of Sujiaoke Group Co., Ltd., Fan Yaoxian, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Group Company, Gao Yongqing, Chief Engineer, Zhang Guangqiao, Director of the Technical Center, Wang Xingkuo, Director of the Innovation Sub center, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Railway Engineering Company General Manager Wu Shiqian and nearly 30 relevant experts and members of the preparation team participated in the seminar.
The meeting was chaired by Gao Yongqing, and the expert group made an evaluation after listening to the manufacturing technology plan for UHPC precast beams of the Qingzhang Yellow River Extra Large Bridge. The participating units submitted detailed and feasible information on the entire process technology plan, mix design, multifunctional concrete production line, segmental beam precast formwork and maintenance system for UHPC precast beams of the bridge. After in-depth communication and discussion between the expert group and various participating units, it is required to further optimize the UHPC mix proportion, improve the construction organization design, and carry out process testing and verification work on the construction site as soon as possible.
The smooth convening of this seminar is of great significance for promoting the exchange of construction technology for the Yellow River Extra Large Bridge among participating units, promoting the application of new technologies and construction methods, and improving the bridge construction management level of the group company.
